enjoy representing
businesses for sale and providing professional services as a CPA.

provide professional representation during the sale of a business as your
advisor and representative. I work with sellers to prepare their business for sale and to
price and market the
business. I have access
to qualified buyers nationwide.

are many people who cost themselves thousands of dollars by not
getting professional representation with the transfer of business ownership. This can be
especially true if you need the business marketed confidentially while
continuing to manage the day-to-day operations of your business. There's way too much involved
not to get the appropriate
assistance. I want to be the primary resource to represent you in selling
your business.

am a CPA with public accounting experience, private industry
Controller/CFO experience and private business ownership experience. I
am a combination of the traditional, roll up the sleeves accountant and
an innovative and entrepreneurial business owner.

resources not available through my firm, I will let you know and will
